We do not pass on personal data to any third party other than as required for the fulfilment of orders, most notably for the delivery of goods by our logistics partners, to check credit quality and to process payments, or where such data sharing is otherwise permitted by law.

Data security 
During the ordering process, your personal details will be transmitted via the Internet. Credit card details and other payment-related information, such as passwords, are not stored; they are collected and processed directly by our payment services provider, Datatrans. We have technical and organizational measures in place to protect our website and other systems against the theft, destruction, access, alteration or dissemination of your data by unauthorized persons. However, despite regular tests, it is not possible to provide complete protection against all risks. Your customer account can only be accessed by entering your personal password. If you wish to receive the newsletter, we need your e-mail-adress and information, that proof that you are the owner of this mail adress und that you agreed to receive this newsletter.

With your permission to receive the newsletter you agree to receive information about Elco and its products. The newsletter will be sent via the provider "Newsletter2Go". Their privacy policy can be accessed here

These data cannot be adressed to a specific person.
